Excellent experience! This office truly deserves 5 stars. The staff is incredibly kind, patient, and professional—always welcoming with a smile. Dr Estrada is the best! Highly recommended!

My ONLY complaint is that as an English only speaker I often have problems with my doctor's accent. The problem seems worse on scheduled telemedicine calls than when she calls me back. Last time her call back was in 5 minutes, and she helped VERY VERY much. And I could understand her!

Dr Dorysel is very attentive and compassionate. A caring listener. The Dr responds in a very timely manner when needed between appointments.

I can tell you 100 reasons why I was dissatisfied with their services, I saw Ana, I believe her name is. As I spoke with her, she was literally spaced out. She basically told me what I told her I think my issue is. She was completely disconnected. Not only I waited over 2 hours to be seen, but it’s been weeks and they still never called to give me a referral to see a counselor. There are two different types of practitioners, providers in this world; ones who actually care, and those who are there to collect a check. I feel like this was a complete waste of time, and I am beyond disappointed.
